vision.

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. – 2 Corinthians 3: 17-18

Simply put, our Vision at Hope Ignited it to transform. We want to create experiences and long term initiatives that transform people, families and communities.

We know that through the power of our faith in Jesus Christ, we have been transformed. It only makes sense that we focus our efforts to become conduits of this same power to the people of the world that need it the most.

As Americans, we have been given many resources that are simply not available to many people throughout the world. We believe it is our responsibility to “become connectors” of those in need with those that have the resources. Assisting a community to become self sufficient and self-reliant is our mutual goal. It’s in meeting these needs and challenges over a consistent period of time that the people actually experience the love of our Lord. That’s what we do…and that’s why we do it…
