Hope Ignited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any donation if it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of funds, or any reason within its discretion.  

 

9.1.2 Tax Deductibility: Hope Ignited is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is classified as a public charity. Donations made to Hope Ignited may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.

9.1.4 Use of Donations: Hope Ignited will use donations in accordance with its mission and purposes and prioritizes donor intent. Hope Ignited retains the right, unless agreed in writing by both parties, to redirect donations to other areas of need as it deems necessary or appropriate to the fulfillment of its mission.
